Shipping and Returns Information

We offer free shipping within Australia when you spend over $125.

Our standard shipping is set at a flat rate of $9.95 per order.

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days but during particularly busy times please allow up to 5 working days for us to fulfil your order. 

We post all of our orders either via our local Post Office in our town of Terrigal, as it's important to us that we support local businesses, or via Sendle, who are 100% carbon neutral. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive your parcel tracking information. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days please email us on hello@mollyandsand.com.au so that we can check on your delivery for you. 

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase please email us at hello@mollyandsand.com.au to let us know so that we can organise an exchange product for you.

We are sorry but we are unable to provide refunds for our products.
